Crystal Austin
Anyone else have issues with upset stomach?
Krista Billows Rodriguez
All veggies? Cooked? Raw? I know some tummies don't handle the raw veg well. I've never had a stomach ache from vegetables myself though, but I think we'd need a little more info from you to try to give you feedback. Susan W
Crystal, you just are in your first week. Please give it time before you start restricting even more. You didn't go into detail so we don't know what your diet looked like before W30, but there is an adjustment period. Are you cooking your veggies? What does a food day look like for you? Kirsteen
Hi Crystal, why don't you keep a food log and see if your symptoms are tied to any particular veg? I had a lot of digestive issues pre W30 and, like the others have said, my nutritionist recomended all veg be well cooked. I also took a hydrochloric acid / pepsin supplement and digestive enzymes and that really helped. Now, fortunately, I'm able to stuff myself on salads without any ill effects. If you keep a food log and things don't improve or you don't identify the culprit you can also post it here and see if anyone else can spot something. good luck.
