Silicone Cupcake Thingies

I found the greatest kitchen gadget! Crate and Barrel's Silicone Muffin Cups (http://www.crateandbarrel.com/set-of-12-clear-silicone-baking-cups/s369497). I made egg "muffins" for breakfasts this week and they turn out great! You don't even have to put them in muffin tins! I just put them on a baking sheet covered with foil in case there was drippage. I cooked my fillers in ghee, let cool, then put some in each cup then covered with eggs mixed with salt and pepper. There was enough ghee that I didn't have to worry about putting anything in the cups. The egg muffins came right out! I can't wait to make them again!
