Woke up late :/

This is day 4 of my whole30 and so far so good. I have been getting up at 6 and eating meal 1 within the hour. However, today I didn't have to work and accidentally slept until 10! (Must've needed it.) So do I still eat meal 1 within the hour even though it might throw my whole day off?

I had the same problem today. I just made my breakfast and lunch slightly smaller than usual. I also ate lunch a few hours later. I think by the time dinner rolls around, I'll be hungry enough. Even if it's a bit less I'd normally eat.

hi chelsea -

don't over-think it: just eat. the timing doesn't matter all that much in the long run. i'd do what you normally do, eat within the hour, and then go about your day and meals as usual. you don't have to eat at particular times to get the benefits of a whole30 (although the eating breakfast within the hour is a great approach!).
