cayenne
Hi all! I am new to this whole thing and am really looking forward to decreasing my joint inflammation as it has gotten kinda out of control recently. Just found out I have wicked degeneration in my right hip and I love doing long distance triathlons finishing my second iron distance race just last Oct. I am about 15 pounds too heavy so I hope to get that off in a couple of months with this plan as well as helping my joints with inflammation. I also hope to regulate my sleep issues and get off those meds too. I know I will be asking a ton of questions esp the first 2-3 weeks. I am starting Sunday-gotta get the plan going for work. I am used to freezing meals and just nuking for lunch. Just have to plan a bit differently. Thanks all! Cayenne
Megan H
I'm also hoping to get back into running. I can not believe that this time last year I was thinking about a marathon. And now I haven't ran since January. I told myself I would start with a jog tomorrow. Now that I've told you that, I guess I really have to

cayenne
Great start for us. Megan, what stopped you from running in the first place? Have you found this program beneficial for joint pain? I know Michele and I would like to know. I, myself, am getting on my bike for a 50 mile ride tomorrow. OK-I started today.....went to the store and got more veggies than I have ever in the past. This morning I had a egg scramble with onions, mushrooms, and a granny smith apple. It was good. Black coffee only OK. Kinda worried about my ride as I don't really know what to take-banana and almonds?
