Today is day 1 of my "Whole30" reset. I'm excited to experience the healthy changes that should come by following this program. I've spent the last couple of years fighting systemic inflammation and multiple steroid injections for bursitis of the hips, shoulder (bicep tendon), and feet (plantar fasciitis) and hormonal changes. During these years I've also struggled with not being able to lose weight, despite my running, cycling, yoga, etc... So I decide there had to be a better way to heal and be healthy lucky for me I found the Whole9 website and read the book "It Starts with Food". I have to say it really started with the Primal BluePrint by Mark Sisson and researching ways to heal my inflammatory issues. I'm excited, wish me luck.
