Day 21 and I feel really poorly:-(

On day 21 on my first whole30 and up until now I was doing ok. I think it started yesterday as my lips felt like they were burning. Today I woke up to the runs (sorry for the tmi) and I have felt sick all day. I have also felt really lethargic and my chest feels right, just not right at all. Could it be something I are yesterday?

I had mackerel and eggs for brunch and for dinner I made prawn tikka marsala with tinned coconut milk. I also had some grapes.

I was thinking it was an allergy but I didn't eat anything which I haven't eaten before.I would to know what you guys think?

Was your tikka marsala spicier than normal? That could cause burning lips and digestive problems. Otherwise, I'd guess it's the seafood. If you eat both mackerel and prawns often, perhaps it's food poisoning. I'd wait until you feel better and then try one of those three things (spice, mackerel, prawns) at a time and see if you react. If not, it was probably a one time thing. I hope you feel better!
