EccentricOwl Posted April 7, 2013 Share Posted April 7, 2013 My already slender husband voluntarily agreed to do the Whole30 with me, but has been concerned because he has been trying to add weight to his 5'10" frame and has instead lost about 6 pounds in the last 16 days. We've tried giving him more fats and starchy veggies, but either we aren't feeding him enough amounts, or we need to try something else. He eats till he's full, plus snacks of fruit+nut butter. Any suggestions? We need some variety to keep him from getting bored, too. If he loses any more than 4 pounds as we keep going, he will quit.
