Hi all,

I realize I've veered a bit too far away from home and need to do a Whole30 to bring things back into perspective and get on the right track again. So...here we go...

Day 1, 4/8/13:

Meal 1:

- 3 eggs

- baby carrots

- coffee with coconut milk

Meal 2:

- Primal Pac

Meal 3:

- Damn Fine Chicken (soooo good)

- roasted cauliflower with olive oil, salt and garlic powder

- baby carrots

Mini Meal 4:

- banana with almond butter
