nana Posted April 11, 2013 Author Share Posted April 11, 2013 i can't think of anything uh most recently i've had spagetti squash meatballs marinara ...at lunch i had hot dog (ok one) broccoli carrots saurkrout....i have a a bag or 2 of these freeze dried fruits (apples) but they are just fruit (much less carbs than even a regular apple......i drink red tea with spices Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 I tend to agree with Tom that hydration could still be a factor. I might start with about 4 glasses of water as I have seen the other side of hydration issues and wouldn't want to push it too far. chick256 Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 I had a case of vertigo when I started the plan. But I had it before I started. It came from nowhere, so it could be that. I had a fuzzy head, and ended up having a pretty bad case of anxiety, with heart palpertations. Get your blood tested to see if you are lacking something. I had mine and all was fine.
