slightly dizzy

i can't think of anything uh most recently i've had spagetti squash meatballs marinara ...at lunch i had hot dog (ok one) broccoli carrots saurkrout....i have a a bag or 2 of these freeze dried fruits (apples) but they are just fruit (much less carbs than even a regular apple......i drink red tea with spices

I tend to agree with Tom that hydration could still be a factor. I might start with about 4 glasses of water as I have seen the other side of hydration issues and wouldn't want to push it too far.

I'd also question if you are having any allergy/sinus issues, mostly because it is that time of year where I live.

I had a case of vertigo when I started the plan. But I had it before I started. It came from nowhere, so it could be that. I had a fuzzy head, and ended up having a pretty bad case of anxiety, with heart palpertations. Get your blood tested to see if you are lacking something. I had mine and all was fine. Good Luck
