Halfway mark woot!

I am on day 15! The biggest-bestest thing I've noticed is my skin has really started to clear up. Normally it's pretty red with several blemishes but I am almost blemish free and my skin tone has evened out!

Also, I don't feel bloated anymore, which is what I am focused on instead of weight loss. It's the little things! :)

And ONE more thing, I woke up in the same position that I went to sleep in which is HUGE because I used to toss and turn all night. And I don't need to wear socks to bed anymore because my circulation seems to have improved.

It's so worth it!
