Finding some way to drink more water (instead of coffee, milk, and diet soda) is one of my 'emotional' challenges with the whole 30. Thankfully, a friend just shared this ginger cider water recipe with me, and I love it! I hope this helps some fellow water hater out there. Large cup ice water 1-3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, to taste few scrapes of fresh ginger ( just use a lemon zester and dunk it in the cup) generous squeeze of orange, lime, or lemon Stir well and enjoy.
