Nancyj Posted April 12, 2013 Share Posted April 12, 2013 Hi - I'm a brand-newbie here. I am on Day 12 of my Whole 30 and doing awesome !! I already feel so much better. Tomorrow will be my first challenge as we are going to the city for a show and spending the day and evening - which will involve snacks, lunch and dinner. I am not too worried about the food and ordering at a restaurant, but I need any help or advice when it comes to being social and not drinking any wine. The group I am going with definitely enjoys a few cocktails and while I do have good willpower - sitting in that environment right now will be difficult. I don't know what else to order besides seltzer or sparkling water and lemon/lime. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
