Beginning 2nd Whole30 Tomorrow...

I did so well on my first Whole30+ (Feb13-March 21) but my reintroduction has gone horribly! Stomach issues, headaches, and feet/ankle swelling, panic/anxiety... but because I just jumped right back into everything, I have NO earthly idea what the causes were! So here I go again.

April 14 - May 13

Well, day one went great! And day 2 seems pretty good so far... Lots to do today. I've got to get a workout in - it really seems to help my anxiety.

Breakfast today:

Green Tea

1 egg

homemade sausage patty

asparagus, spinach & onion

Coconut Oil

Hot Sauce
