Lynnefair Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 I did so well on my first Whole30+ (Feb13-March 21) but my reintroduction has gone horribly! Stomach issues, headaches, and feet/ankle swelling, panic/anxiety... but because I just jumped right back into everything, I have NO earthly idea what the causes were! So here I go again. I've got to get a workout in - it really seems to help my anxiety.
