Eggs at work

My dad used to microwave a single egg in a Styrofoam cup back in the 80's. He would put an egg in the bottom, a dap of butter (could use ghee or coconut oil instead) scramble it a bit and then zap it for a few seconds, maybe 10 to start? take it out, stir it a bit, back in, zap, stir, zap, stir until it was done. But that is the only way I have seen it done.

I have a counter top electric steamer that I throw my eggs in and turn on while I am in the shower in the AM and it works wonderfully without needing my attention and I can steam some veg at the same time. I've even been known to cook sausage patties in there. :)

Hi! I'm new here.

I made some eggs and spinach in the mircrowave this morning. I like to use a shallow bowl, then it spreads like an omelet. 30 second intervals, flip as necessary.

So excited to learn more as I start my whole30 journey.
