Food diary apps

Not sure if this is really the right subforum for this.

I'm looking for a good food diary app/website to keep a food journal, BUT one that doesn't count calories/macros etc. I don't want that stuff messing with my head, but I do want a place to keep track of what I'm eating every day - partly for myself, and partly because my doc recommended I do so to see if there is a pattern between what I eat and my not-happy gut.

Any ideas? Everyone I find has a cal/macro counting bit, and I find that data creeping into my head and affecting how I feel about what I ate that day.

I agree with using the log on the forums.  Keeps it much simpler and you can go back and see what you ate and how you felt on any given day.  Also, people read the different logs and sometimes provide helpful feedback.  You can also read others' so you can see what people have done to help themselves and also to know that you are not alone in the changes you'll be going through.
