Keep me away from the bar!

On the way home from work, my car started making a grinding noise and would not stop. Called the husband who was little help and told me not to yell at him ( that means I was speaking a little louder out of frustration. :o but not yelling) so I hung up on him....tolerance very low in this case! So, after finding out I will be having a. Knee replacement in Aug. then this, I MUST stay away from alcohol because I would drink a bunch of it right about now!

Way do I do instead??? Eat half an avocado before my dinner is even cooked!!! I am such a rebel!!! LOL!! To top it off, I am going to eat the other half at dinner! ;-)

What do you find yourself doing now in times of stress and frustration with life??

I go straight for music. Something with a beat I can dance to or a chorus I can sing loud with. Bonus points for humor (I'm looking at you Macklemore-And We Danced) or tear jerking. Or YouTube for a quick and cheap laugh. For real those things release feel good chemicals in your brain.

Or you could always just yell at your husband some more ;)
