Week 1 Success!

I just wanted to say that I'm doing great! Before I started, I kept thinking about all of the things I couldn't have...almost obsessing. Now that I have 7 days behind me, I really am not having cravings. I know that could come and go but I am down 10 lbs and am LOVING how I'm beginning to feel. Week 2 - bring it! P.S. YES - I weighed - mortal sin? I don't think so. :P

I am glad you are enthusiastic and hope you continue to make positive changes in your life, but it is not okay to violate the Whole30 guidelines by weighing after one week and then report your results as a success story. The Success Story section is for people who have completed 30 days or more. I am moving your post from Success Stories to Your Whole30 log.

Not having serious cravings and feeling good is a good sign. Now if you can learn enough confidence in your feelings and experiences to quit measuring yourself with a scale, you will be doing really good.
