hiennnguyen
Sooo I want to put coconut butter on my veggies or eat it on my sweet potato. (getting really tired of avocados quick!) what's a good serving size? thanks!
SpinSpin
1-2 thumbs! It is just like any other fat! :-)
Moluv
I think you can use a little more of the butter than the oil since the butter is the coconut flesh too, not just oil. In the book they show a serving of coconut flakes as an open handful. Obviously that is too much for butter but if coconut butter is to be your only fat in the whole meal I think more than two thumbs.
