Grandmamadukes Posted April 23, 2013 Share Posted April 23, 2013 I am loving coconut milk also. I do have it with about a handfull of blueberries and eat it with my meal. Thinking I should not do that with lunch and breakfast. From now on will try to just have it with breakfast. I am feeling like my pants are tighter. Coconut is so tasty. Susan W Posted April 23, 2013 Share Posted April 23, 2013 Grandmamadukes, I would not say one extra serving of coconut milk is making your pants tight. You get one to two servings of fat with each meal, so you are fine unless you are pouring other fats over everything.
