Enjoying cooking and using my apron

I sometimes use dish soap for hand washed dishes to get those spots out. Put it on the spot as soon as possible.

Now on day 20 and enjoyed cooking so much yesterday that I overate at lunchtime and still feel a little nauseous this morning. I think I eat too much at lunch and breakfast so I will be full and not want to snack. I also really enjoy meat, vegetables, coconut milk and toasted coconut flakes.
