starting Monday April 29th!

I have a work reunion to go to this weekend. I am not using this as an excuse to go out in a blaze of glory! The whole 30 book and plan inspired me! I am just going to do a "No sweets, and whole food" rule.

I am fit, but find that i have an unhealthy relationship with food. i eat emotionally and have developed habits that are making things more dificult. hit 30 and felt my metabolism grind to a halt. get depressed, eat more, gain weight.

I am ready to eat for the whole body experience, i feel like this has the potential to help quite a bit.
