My last day, weehoo!

I did it! Well, technically I have one meal left but that will be a piece of cake! (Not literally, it's okay everyone.)

I've lost so many things:

  • a quarter of the weight I need to lose
  • the bloated, depressed, moving-through-mud feeling
  • fatigue
  • crankiness
  • craving for sugar and bread
  • the doubt that I could actually finish.
  • etc., etc...

I feel great! I can honestly say that I did not cheat or go off this plan one single time this entire month. I took that That is the first time that has EVER happened to me with any new way of eating. Ever! Well... I did eat too many macadamia nuts one day, but it didn't derail me and I don't count it as a cheat.

I will not be continuing on this plan, but I won't be incorporating everything back in either. Like everyone else, I'm a work in progress. I think I will do this at least once a year.

Tomorrow I head to the doc to see how this all pans out on the inside. I think it's the only time I've ever looked forward to going to the doctor. Hope he gives me a gold star, and if not then I will give it to myself!
