cayenne Posted April 24, 2013 Share Posted April 24, 2013 Day 18 here and true to the plan, this week is going well energy wise. I am used to 2-3 a day workouts of varying length and today I was able to get a 35 mile bike ride in with blustery conditions followed by a hour swim so total almost a 3 hour workout.
