starting Sunday 4/28/13

Hi everyone, planning on starting this Sunday, and putting together my shopping list. Does anyone have any "must haves" I should add aside from the obvious (beef, sweet potatoes, kale etc.) I'm looking for a wide variety of flavors, especially for the meat. I currently don't cook much meat and I don't want to get bored with the few dishes I have in my repertoire.

Looking forward to the experience, and hoping to figure out some digestive issues along the way.

I started on 4/1! I have found having pre-cooked protein, like ground turkey, ground beef, and chicken breasts to be helpful - especially when time is tight, and I need something to eat quickly. I also keep a couple of hard boiled eggs on hand too.

Best of luck to you - the time will fly by, 30 days goes quickly!
