Marye Posted April 11, 2012 Share Posted April 11, 2012 I was thinking about starting a foodlog. Eating primal/paleo for 1,5 years now, but still haven't found what works best for me. So if you have some tips or advice. Today Breakfast - herring - cooked beets - bone broth - coconut oil Lunch - ground lamb - kale - bone broth - 1/2 a avocado - coconut oil For diner i will have - fried chicken leg - mixed cooked veggies (carrot, broccoli and cauliflower) - coconut oil - olive oil Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
