Marye's foodlog

I was thinking about starting a foodlog.

Eating primal/paleo for 1,5 years now, but still haven't found what works best for me.

So if you have some tips or advice.



- herring

- cooked beets

- bone broth

- coconut oil


- ground lamb

- kale

- bone broth

- 1/2 a avocado

- coconut oil

For diner i will have

- fried chicken leg

- mixed cooked veggies (carrot, broccoli and cauliflower)

- coconut oil

- olive oil
