CraftyCarnivore
Making coconut curry meatballs for Johnny M's site, Eating for Idiots, for lunches this week and I want to freeze about 1/3-1/2 of the recipe. Sauce calls for a full can of coconut milk. Will the freeze ok?
JJB
I don't know about that specific recipe, but I make a creamy chicken casserole with coconut milk that always turns out soupy...we've frozen it before and although it looks a little unappetizing cold, it's just fine once we heat and stir it up. Zoodles
Yep you can! Sometimes the coconut milk separates after freezing, but I've also found its fine once reheated.
