Hi, I'm new

I've been eating Paleo-ish since Fall, but have really strayed. I'm excited to start this program because I really had issues with the Paleo desserts and wanting to eat them too frequently. My weight has actually gone up, but I'm also going through some alternative medicine treatments that have put my body on a bit of a rollercoaster. Healing.

I look forward to all the great information that's in the forums. And I look forward to fitting back into my clothes! :D

They do for me. I can imagine if I was at the weight and level of fitness that I would like, I could occasionally eat them. But just the taste of them makes me crave non-Paleo treats. Slippery slope.
