moggle Posted May 26, 2013 Author Share Posted May 26, 2013 So the chocolate chilli was fab as a quick work lunch. I took it out of the freezer the night before, and at the same time chopped some tomato, cucumber and avocado in to a separate container. Grabbed both containers the next morning (as well as a banana I think) and it re-heated nicely. I also got creative with the chilli idea and made a moroccan lamb 'chilli' with some chunks of lamb and some mince. I used a pre-mixed north african spice mix and some cinnamon.
