First Day Today 4/29

I started the whole 30 today after finishing up the book yesterday. I am excited for the challenge, but also nervous! I was already eating gluten free, but will miss cheese, milk in my coffee, and milk/sour cream/corn chips.. ahhhh. But this will open up a new door in cooking challenges!

(and I will REALLY miss wine).

I started unofficially (as in, wasn't really planning on tracking anything, just shifting gears for my own benefit) last Friday but officially yesterday. I don't have an AI disorder, but I'm doing AIP because I have had a lot of sensitivities lately and I want to make sure I'm not inadvertently feeding the problem.

How you doing today? On my end, I was eating gluten and mostly dairy free prior, which is good for adjusting to Whole30. What's bad is that I was eating several cups of rice daily, so that I'm already seriously craving rice. This is funny because I didn't even like rice until a couple months ago! But enough about that, because typing this out just makes me want it more. :)
