Bluebiscuits' Whole30 Adventure

Today is day one of my Whole30!

B: unsweetened green ice tea with grapefruit and orange slices, 2 hard boiled eggs, small/med banana

L: bean free beef chili, mixed salad with Tessmae's Cracked pepper dressing

S: sm handful pistachios, sm apple

D: meatballs, lg container of homemade tomato sauce (almost like a very thick tomato soup)

I feel good, a little tired. I missed my cherry coke zero for sure, but nothing seemed particularly difficult. One day in the bank!
