Bbbent
We're doing our second whole 30 this month (after being WILDLY successful in January!) Looking for some suggestions for a mother's day brunch other than my usual sweet potato hash. Thoughts? Bbbent
Egre4926
What about a frittata or mini ones like these http://nomnompaleo.com/post/7486819479/prosciutto-wrapped-mini-frittata-muffins That way you can serve them with a nice light salad
bi0nicw0man
Crustless quiche... use wild salmon, lots of dill, a bit of Dijon mustard. Yum!! Serve with a really pretty mixed greens salad with thinly sliced apples, toasted pecans, etc and a simple dressing of olive oil and lemon juice.
