Lainey
Tried my first bulletproof coffee this morning! I mixed a cup of coffee, a small tbsp of ghee and a spoonful of coconut oil in my Vitamix, and it was delicious.
Angela N.
Cocoa BP coffee is going to be my weekend treat. I love cocoa stirred into coconut oil, why not blended into my coffee? Yum.
esther105
I tried going through all 6 pages in this topic so forgive me if this has already been discussed. What is the purpose of BP coffee? Is it just to make black coffee more palatable or is there some other advantage? Just wondering. Thanks!

I think it definitely makes it more palatable (although I'm not a huge fan of ghee, and I just whiz up Coconut butter, or oil and a little milk) It's also a good way to get fats in if your meal is lacking. I was having a coffee and protein for my pre WO a few days...
