B: three eggs scrambled with bell pepper and spinach, two coffees with coconut milk

Workout: Tone 30 and Lower 20

L: two hardboiled eggs and a grassfed burger

S: black olives, walnuts, coffee with coconut milk

D: tri tip and spaghetti squash with ghee

Just had a sugar binge. Whole 30 for this month is over.
