Restart Day 1

Well yesterday was Day 1 but I ate ham and realized that wasn't whole30 compliant so today is Day 1 for me.

Meal 1: 3 scrambled eggs with peppers and onions

1/2 sweet potato

handful of olives

Meal 2: left over rotisserie chicken

salad with broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions, & vinegar


2 strawberries

Meal 3: ground beef with whole30 approved homemade taco seasoning with peppers and onions

1/2 sweet potato with extra virgin olive oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg

salad with broccoli, carrots, olives, and vinegar

How did I do today?

Meal 1: 4 eggs with onion & peppers

Green beans


Meal 2: salad w onion, peppers, brocollini, olives


Left over taco meat w homemade salsa

Meal 3: beef roast with garlic, salt & pepper

Green beans sautéed in olive oil

Salad w peppers, onions, vinegar

So today I think I ate very good and I am so happy with myself for following this for the last few days, so far I feel great. Just waiting and wondering when the sugar/carb cravings will hit that everyone talks about.

Meal 1: left over beef roast

salad with carrots, broccoli, olives, oil and vinegar

Meal 2: grilled chicken salad with onions, HB egg, green peppers, oil and vingegar

1 cup of mixed fruit

Meal 3: chicken baked with garlic, salt, and pepper seasonings

Sweet potatoes baked with olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg

green beans sauteed in olive oil & and garlic

5 strawberries

So a 24 hr stomach bug went through my house the last few days and I got it yesterday :(. Saltine crackers and ginger ale are not whole30 Approved and that has been my only food sincd yeaterday afternoon so looks like I'm starting over tomorrow. Frustrating but I guess not much I can do about that.
