wadnic
I am on day 21 of my whole 30... I'm 5'6 and started at 153lb... I know I'm not supposed to watch the scale but some habits are hard to break;) I didn't change my workout habits, I've always been very active.. I was always sort of paleo but this whole 30 opened my eyes to how much sugar I used to eat.. So here's the thing- it's day 21 and I've lost 6lbs which on me makes a huge difference- people cannot stop remarking on how much thinner I am- I've dropped at least one pant size. Whoa is me right? My fear is, is this normal? Is it water weight? Is it going to slap right back on me the second I add dairy or have a glass of wine? I know I'm losing sight of the point of this but I look and feel so much like my old self that I'm afraid that its just temporary!
Susan W
Some could be water and some could be healthy eating. You really should put the scale away. It's a negative on many levels. Here you are losing weight and that is even bringing on negative feelings. And yes, if you go back to previous eating behaviors, you will obtain previous results.
