I had a gathering of friends (my wine drinking gang) and chugged on water like nobody's business and an extended family event with next to no compliant food. I went prepared with my own packed food and wasn't even really bummed about passing on the desserts. The most noticeable change at this point is the, er, bowel movements. I have suffered from chronic constipation my whole life but by day 4, things were moving! In fact, a few days have seen more than one movement. This is the biggest victory so far. Honestly the hardest night of my W30 was when a neighbor came over for drinks and he and my husband were sampling our brown liquor collection. Don't worry about TMi disclaimers here.
