Robin P.
Made a leek and mushroom soup- but it's too sour. Can I fix this? I don't know how to tone down sour tastes besides adding a little sugar.. Any suggestions?

Robin P.
2 leeks, 2 celery sticks, mushrooms, olive oil (instead of ghee), apple cider vinegar, 1 apple, 3/4 cup coconut milk, tsp of thyme and salt and pepper to taste.
kayell
Add some more mushrooms and coconut milk unless it's way too sour. Just dilute it with those. Emergency method is a pinch or two of baking soda, stirred in well. Don't know whether that is W30 friendly, but I can't right off think why not.
