Javagal78
Boy, am I glad that I don't know any of you IRL yet because I need to ask about this, LOL! I did try googling but there is a ton of conflicting information on what is normal. I've had years of constipation and I'm reaping some benefits in the bowel movement department. I'm 9 days in. They are soft, thinner forms but sometimes I don't anticipate it (sitting to pee brings sometimes brings a movement) and sometimes my body is involuntarily straining, similar to when you have the runs. Is this normal bowel adjustment to Whole30 or something that needs more or less of something?
Leigh Sullivan
Just my opinion here, but I think your colon/intestine is getting used the the peristaltic movement after perhaps not having "the urge" for a while? Plus your gut is healing. I experienced a similar response though I didn't start out constipated, and I'm sure there are more knowledgeable people who will chime in.
