Moderators Tom Denham 10042 Posted July 2, 2012 Moderators Share Posted July 2, 2012 Jeff, I'm all for being kind to yourself and cutting yourself some slack if you get off course, but your modified program is likely to be harder than a strict Whole30. Experience proves that radical changes are actually easier to accomplish than incremental changes. Logic may make incremental changes seem more doable, but partial change leaves you more vulnerable to being sucked back into your old habits than committing to something that is black and white, with no shades of gray. I'm just saying. Good luck!

Sarah Milcetic 4
Good luck to you Jeff! I inadvertently got started the same way since I was trying to eliminate food reactions without having heard of Whole30 or Paleo. It was about 3 months of eliminating one food at a time before I started my first Whole30. (And I did it 100% and cooked every single meal at home for 30 days.) Can't wait to hear how your experiment works out. Are you planning on 30 days of transition and then a Whole30?
