She had a post regarding tips for saving money while following a Paleo lifestyle that I thought could really help those looking save other than the suggestions by Whole9. I buy a lot of my kids clothes from the Thrift store (name brand items for >$2), I always bring my lunch to work, i reuse/repurpose cans and wine bottles. i sew the kids blankets and cushions for the couch. there is a lot of ways to save money so you can spend it on the high quality food you want.
