Megan_C Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 So I'm on day 32 and I still SO grumpy I feel like I am going to bite everyone's head off and I am really, really tired. I've been a good girl and have not been cheating. I feel like I am eating a lot, not depriving myself at all. Any ideas? A typical day is this: Breakfast - eggs, meat and veggies Mid morning - nuts and fruit Lunch - salad with chicken and avacado Dinner - some kind of meat with a side of veggies, maybe a sweet potato Thanks!
