Late to the Forum Log party!

Day 10

I want a piece of gum so badly. After every meal. No, I'm not going to chew fresh mint. I do sip on mint tea afterward, and brush or rinse when I can but man I miss that "just brushed clean feeling!" :D

Woke up with the same belly issues I've been having. Went away for a few hours until after breakfast - veggies and then BAM! .. my gut hates me.

PostWO: 1 egg, 3 whites, 1/2c pumpkin, 2 tbsp light coconut milk

Breakfast: Ground chicken w/ homemade taco seasoning, 2 cups mixed greens, 1/2 avocado, onions, mushrooms, tomato, cilantro

Lunch: Same as breakfast

Dinner: plan is big omelet

Snax: banana

No time to prep diverse meals last night! I can't believe I go through so many veggies! Pretty full today - I think it's the larger protein portion. Bought some good probiotics from the health food store and I'm really hoping my gut starts healing. Grow flora, grow!

OH! And my coworker thought they were being helpful and friendly and brought me a lovely cup of tea! I asked her what type it was after my first sweet, delicious small sip and she responded "Lemon Zinger!" Womp womp..... Soy lecithin. It was a sip and I'm not going to stress over it or void my progress.

Tomorrow - Wednesday I will be travelling. Uh oh... The funny thing is, tomorrow I'm literally going "off roading" ... in a truck ... along a four wheeling road. My diet, however, will not be along for the ride - if ya know what I mean ;) . I'll be prepared with hard boiled eggs, sweet potato, veg sticks and deli meat.
