whitjm5
So we've been loving the homemade mayo found in ISWF. I'd like to modify it into something with a little more "oomph." I have fond memories of Subway's "Chipotle Southwest Sauce." Did a quick google search and found how to recreate at home using W30 approved ingredients. Enjoy! http://www.food.com/recipe/subways-chipotle-southwest-sauce-82591

Susan W
Just a warning to all on a W30. I have not found chipotles in adobo that are compliant. Chipotle chili powder works great.
Kirsteen
Here's a very simple recipe for making your own chipotle in adobo sauce and the beauty is you make just as much as you need http://paleosavvy.com/kitchen-tips-how-to-make-chipotle-in-adobo-sauce/?doing_wp_cron=1359632036.8847620487213134765625
Susan W
Kirsteen, awesome idea and so easy. When I do use the canned (a ride my bike thing), I take the left overs, put them at the bottom of a zip lock bag and sort of roll them into a cylinder and stick them in the freezer. Then, when I need some, I take the cylinder and loosen it from the bottom of the bag and slice some off and stick it back in the bag for future use. I think it's a Rachel Ray trick..I know..ick.
