Saige
Hello! I am on Day 6 - and am amazed at how quickly I am feeling changes! I read about Whole30 last weekend, and it really resonated with me. I have suffered from inflammation, hormonal changes, and the obvious weight gain for the past 5-7 years. Have never had an issue with losing weight, but approaching 50, it has been VERY challenging. So, hello everyone! I am so happy to be here! Bluetrav
Hi Saige! I'm on day 5 of my second w30. Glad to hear you're feeling good. I had some aches day 2 and was tired day 3, but yesterday was good and I'm feeling great today. I know we have a ways to go, but I'm hopeful that I'll do this again. I try to remember how good I felt midway through the last time I did this (last April/May) and that keeps me going. Good luck!
Saige
Thank you - I spoke too soon and ended up with a killer headache today. But I realized that I didn't eat any fruit at all and didn't have as much water as I usually do. I do have some aches but I sincerely do feel a lot more energy. I don't think I had as severe "detox" from sugar because I have cut down on sugar for a few years. This no sugar thing is fine with me... for now. LOL I did crave something sweet, so I had a clementine and that did the trick! This coming from a girl who when I ate sweets, would eat 3 brownies, or a bowl of ice cream back in the day.
