mela Posted March 1, 2016 Share Posted March 1, 2016 hi I just finished my whole30, and I have to said I'm a little disappointed with myself because I did not lose any weight just inches from different part of my body.But I'm grateful because I do feel some what with energy and my skin looks better among other things. I will continue on with whole 30 on April, meanwhile I will educate myself with the whole 30 books and meanwhile I'm going to join a gym. Thanking God for whole30 and for giving me another chance.
