I'm right there with you two! I started February 4, so day 7 for me. This is my second whole30 and it seems a little easier. I have plenty of veggies prepped at all times and I think I'm drinking more water than the last time. I'm ready for the energy to kick in!

I just finished my whole30, and I have to said I'm a little disappointed with myself because I did not lose any weight just inches from different part of my body.But I'm grateful because I do feel some what with energy and my skin looks better among other things. I will continue on with whole 30 on April, meanwhile I will educate myself with the whole 30 books and meanwhile I'm going to join a gym. Thanking God for whole30 and for giving me another chance. :) :)
