carolinesbeads
It's spring and asparagus is in season here. I have a recipe I love that I found in cooking light a long time ago. I updated it to be Whole 30 compliant 1 bundle of Asparagus 2 tlbs of cocounut aminos 2 tlbs of sesame oil sprinkle of sea salt sprinkle of sesame seeds I trim the asparagus and lay it on a cookie sheet. I drizzle the oil and aminos on, then sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Roast in the oven at 350 for 10 mins or till the ends get crispy Super good with poached eggs in the morning! I also love it cold for some reason.
