Dpfefferle
Hello all! I'm new to this "lifestyle change", as it's something my coach recommended me to try for a bit, and I have a question before I commit. I compete in bodybuilding/powerlifting competitions. Currently sitting at 235lbs at 5'9. He (coach) wants me to lean out a bit more, and suggested this as an option. How many of you have actually done a competition and successfully stayed on the Whole30? Current macros are 225g carbs, 315g protein, 75g fat. Thanks! Carmafish
I compete in powerlifting, and I do so while Whole30. I find on competition days, that is what fuels me best and of course making weight is motivation. How did you make out in your quest?
