Bridgetr30 Posted September 17, 2017 Share Posted September 17, 2017 I started this 7 days ago to get healthy, improve my relationship with food and hopefully have some weight loss too. For several years I have used my weight gain and migraines on pre menopause hormones or thyroid issue ( all these run in my family). However, as part as my get healthy plan I went had a full blood work-up which showed no nothing is wrong with me. The one piece that couldn't be explained were the almost daily migraines I have had for years. Since starting this 7 days ago, it has been 5 days with not even an inkling of a headache. I have not found the program hard even with eliminating nuts and eggs, and have noticed that cooking and experimenting with flavors has been fun.
