Sam_U_Aint Posted September 18, 2017 Share Posted September 18, 2017 Hi, all! I am currently in preparation mode. I am starting next Monday and I am nervous as heck and excited. I work 2 jobs and am in grad school. I am away from my house from 6:30am-9:30 PM 3 days a week, so I am a bit worried about food prep. But my goal is to prep most stuff ahead of time so I have very little actual cooking to do and to buy a million healthy snacks to get me through from Lunch to those late dinners. I eat out a lot. Like once a day. So this is going to be a big change. But every time I try to just "make better choices or small changes" I do not stick with it. I am hoping this will be more effective for me.
