  1. Love: Finding new, healthy, easy recipes to add to our normal routine. Have had a few days with more energy than usual. I've also been having an easier time falling asleep at night. Struggle: More tired yesterday and today, agree with @Joslyn about needing to find good "grab and go" options, definitely have wanted to just go pick up food somewhere or go to a drive thru. Also struggling with just wanting to snack and mindlessly eat.
  2. Hi everybody! I wanted to join this thread because my husband and I started our kinda second whole30 on Monday. The first time I struggled with no eating enough because I tend to be a picky eater and just didn't want any of the compliant foods so I just didn't eat, I lasted 21 days (until my sisters bridal shower) and my husband lasted 26 days. So this time I'm hoping with some support we will be able to finish the whole thing strong! My tastebuds have expanded since the first attempt. I am also breastfeeding our almost 12 week daughter, so I know it is extremely important for me to be eating a lot!!! Anyways... wanted to share some favorite recipes! Mustard balsamic pork chops - http://www.jocooks.com/main-courses/pork-main-courses/mustard-balsamic-pork-chops-with-rosemary/ had these last night and will be adding to regular meal rotation. Herb roasted pork chops - http://blackgirlchefswhites.com/roasted-herb-rubbed-pork-chops/ these have been a favorite recipe since last time! Pot roast with chuck roast, sweet potatoes, carrots, onion. Add minced garlic, beef broth, and some steak seasoning to everything in crockpot and let it cook all day Lemon pepper wings - http://www.planksloveandguacamole.com/2014/05/i-am-so-behind-on-blogging-was-guest.html?m=1
